Advisory Meetings for the foundation of European Basic Rights Platform were held between 10-11 December in Brussels. Accordingly, foundation of the Platform was accomplished while working and membership conditions were discussed.

FUEN Minority Education Conference was held between 31 August- 2 September in Flensburg. Problems of European minorities in education and the solution proposals were discussed during the conference.
