Board of Representatives is the highest decision-making body among other organizational entities. It is formed by two board members of each member association and ABTTF Board of Directors. The Board of Representatives summons at least once a year with presence of ¼ of its members. Board of Representatives holds the right to take decisions on matters except those which are already decided upon by the Board of Directors regarding subject indicated below:
- Discussion on Board of Directors’ Annual Report
- Discussion on Audit Board’s mid-term reviews
- Formation of Consultative Commissions
- Definition of the work of Consultative Commissions
- Granting orders of honour
- Formation of internal regulations or adopting amendments to the existing ones
