EUROPEADA - Minorities going for the Cup

Who is going to be the first European Football-Champion of the linguistic and national minorities? The Sorbs from Lusatia, Wales, the Germans and Ladins from South Tyrol, the Catalans, or the Roma from Hungary?

This question will be answered from 31 May 2008 on in Sedrun, in the Canton of Graubünden at the Rhaetians in Switzerland.

The FUEN (Federal Union of European Nationalities) together with Sedrun Disentis Tourismus organise the first Football-Championship for the European linguistic and national minorities.

18 teams are participating at the Championship, which has found great interest among the European minorities and the media.

Beside the sporting challenge there will be a social program with the possibility to get information about the European minorities and their umbrella organizations and about the hosts. There will also be a cultural program for the guests.
